Welcome to Mommy Sells Seashells! By placing an order through our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Information

Each piece is handmade with natural materials, meaning no two items are exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the charm and uniqueness of our coastal art.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise noted on a product listing. Shipping times vary based on location and method chosen at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom and delicate nature of handmade art, we do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

4. Copyright & Usage

All designs, photos, and artwork are the property of Mommy Sells Seashells. Reproduction, resale, or use of images without written permission is not allowed.
