Where do you ship to?

Right now, we’re keeping it coastal with U.S. shipping only—but we’d love to grow our shores soon! 🌊✈️ If you’re outside the U.S. and have your heart set on a piece, feel free to send us a message. We’re happy to check on shipping options and do our best to make it happen! 🐚💌

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted for custom or made-to-order pieces. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

How do I track my order?

Can I shop in person?

Yes, we’d love to sea you in real life! 🐚 You can find Mommy Sells Seashells at local markets and pop-up events throughout Northeast Florida—just head over to our Events tab to see where we’ll be next!

A selection of our pieces is also available at Ragga Surf Café in St. Augustine, (134 Riberia St.) so you can grab a coffee and browse some coastal favorites while you’re there. ☕🌴

Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

Absolutely! We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your needs. If you have a special idea or a custom project in mind, please reach out to us with details, and we’ll work together to bring your vision to life. Custom orders may require additional time to complete, depending on the complexity of the request.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes! We offer beautiful, eco-friendly gift wrapping options for a small fee. If you’d like to add gift wrapping to your order, simply select the option during checkout. We’ll take extra care to package your item with a personal touch, making it the perfect gift for your loved ones!

Can I buy your products wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing for select products.
